Shipping policy
CinnaBalm offers free standard postage Australia wide on orders $50 and over. For orders under $50 we charge a flat fee of $10. This generally will arrive within 6-8 business days depending on location. We exclusively use Australia Post for all domestic shipping.
All products are picked, packed & posted from metro Melbourne, so generally the Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney & Brisbane orders will be shorter than this. WA, NT and FNQ have the longest distance to travel and most chance of delay from Australia Post so please bear this in mind if ordering from these geographies.
We offer express post which is 2-4 business days. Orders under $50 will be charged $15 and orders $50 and over an extra $5. If you are leaving for a holiday etc and have a deadline we strongly encourage you to purchase the Express Post option. Please account for fulfillment times after you placed your order which can be up to 48 hours.
We also offer standard international shipping which is 6-23 days for an extra $20 flat rate to all countries.
When your parcel has been scanned into Australia Post, CinnaBalm Pty Ltd is not liable for the parcels from there eg missing or late items. Australia Post is liable at this point. If you do find your order is late or you suspect it has been lost, you must raise a customer enquiry with Australia Post. If Australia Post have lost your item and you have confirmation on this from their investigation, please email hello@cinnabalm.com.
